How do I join the DoubleCrazy membership program?
Create an account and you’ll automatically join The Awakened, our free entry tier.
How many membership tiers are there?
There are three tiers: The Awakened, Sacred Rebel, and Chaos Icon.
How do I upgrade my tier?
Spend $150 in eligible purchases within the most recent 365 days to reach Sacred Rebel, or $350 to reach Chaos Icon.
How long does my tier last?
Sacred Rebel and Chaos Icon status lasts 365 days from the upgrade date, then is reassessed using your most recent 365 days of eligible spend.
What spend counts toward my tier?
Eligible merchandise value after discounts counts. Taxes, shipping, gift cards, canceled items, returns, and refunds do not.
Will redeeming points affect my tier?
No. Tiers are based on eligible spend, not your current points balance.
Earning Points

How many points do I earn on purchases?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise after discounts.
When will my purchase points be added?
Purchase points are released after delivery is confirmed and may show as pending before then.
Do promo codes affect the points I earn?
Yes. Points are based on the eligible merchandise value after the promo code is applied.
Can I earn points with guest checkout?
Please sign in before checkout. Guest orders may not link automatically to your account, and retroactive credit is not guaranteed.
How many points can I earn from reviews?
A verified written review earns 10 points, a photo adds 10, and a video adds 20. Review rewards are capped at 40 points per week and do not depend on a positive rating.
How do social activity points work?
Available social actions, point values, and frequency limits are shown in your member dashboard.
Where can I check my points?
Sign in and open the membership page to view available points, pending points, and rewards.
What can I redeem my points for?
Redeem 150 points for $5 off, 300 points for $10 off, or 250 points for a shipping reward that waives the $5.99 shipping fee.
How long are redeemed rewards valid?
Redeemed discount and shipping rewards are valid for 30 days. Expired rewards do not return points.
Is there a minimum spend for member discounts?
Both the $5 and $10 member discount rewards require a $40 minimum order.
Can I use a member discount on sale items?
No. Member discounts apply only to eligible full-price items. Sale items still count toward the $60 automatic free-shipping threshold.
Can member discounts be combined?
Member discounts cannot be combined with another member discount, promotional discount, or member shipping reward.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $5.99 when the after-discount merchandise total is below $60.
When do I get automatic free shipping?
Automatic free shipping applies when the after-discount merchandise total reaches $60.
Can I still get automatic free shipping after using a member discount?
Yes. If the after-discount merchandise total is still $60 or more, free shipping applies automatically. This is not considered coupon stacking.
How does the member shipping reward work?
A shipping reward redeemed for 250 points waives the $5.99 shipping fee on one order, is valid for 30 days, and cannot be used with a member discount reward.
Returns & Expiration

What happens to my points after a return or refund?
Points earned from the purchase are removed in proportion to the refund, and the refunded spend is removed from tier calculations.
Do canceled orders earn points?
No. Canceled orders do not earn points or qualifying spend.
Do points expire?
Yes. Unused points expire after 365 consecutive days without earning or redeeming activity. New activity restarts the 365-day clock.

What reward does my friend receive?
An eligible new customer gets $10 off their first $40+ order. The referral offer is valid for 30 days after it is claimed.
What does the referrer receive?
The referrer earns 150 points after the friend’s qualifying first order is confirmed and the return window has ended.
Which referrals are not eligible?
Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, or non-new-customer orders do not qualify. Issued rewards may be reversed.
Account Support

What should I do if my points are missing?
Confirm that you are signed in to the correct account and allow time for the system to update after delivery. If points are still missing, contact support with your order number.
Can I merge points from multiple accounts?
Points are not automatically merged. Contact support if you need help verifying account ownership in a special case.
