What is DoubleCrazy?
DoubleCrazy is an LA-based streetwear brand founded in 2024. We make oversized graphic tees, heavyweight hoodies, rhinestone pieces and streetwear denim rooted in Y2K culture and hip-hop. Built for people who have something to say.
Where is DoubleCrazy based?
We are based in Los Angeles, California. We operate warehouses across the United States, Mexico and Vietnam to ship to customers worldwide.
What inspired the brand?
DoubleCrazy grew out of real obsessions — 2000s sci-fi magazines, DIY band tees and underground hip-hop culture. Every collection pulls from that energy and brings it into today without watering it down.

Where is my order?
Every time we ship an order you receive an email with the tracking number and link.Please look for it and check the status of the shipment.If you have a shipping issue or your order status is not updating, please contact rationality@doublecrazy.com and we will be happy to help you.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.Take a look at our RETURN GUIDELINES page.
How can I choose the right size?
There's a size chart on every product page.If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that.This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.
What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?
We work really hard to make sure all our products meet the highest quality standards.As we sell thousands of units on a daily basis, It's difficult for us to detect all damaged products.But you don't need to worry. If you receive a defective item please contact with rationality@doublecrazy.com and explain your situation. Make sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.
Are DoubleCrazy clothes oversized?
Yes. Most pieces are designed with a boxy oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted look we recommend sizing down. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.
What fabric does DoubleCrazy use?
We use heavyweight cotton ranging from 230 to 460 GSM depending on the piece. Some products include a cotton-polyester blend for added durability and reduced wrinkling. All fabric is sourced directly from cotton regions in Egypt, Turkey and the United States.
What does GSM mean?
GSM stands for grams per square metre and measures fabric weight. The higher the number the heavier and thicker the fabric. Our tees typically range from 230 to 370 GSM and our hoodies from 370 to 460 GSM.
Do the clothes shrink after washing?
To keep shrinkage minimal wash in cold water and air dry where possible. Avoid tumble drying on high heat. Always follow the care label on your specific piece.
What kind of prints and details do DoubleCrazy pieces have?
Most pieces feature bold graphic prints, cracked or vintage-washed finishes and rhinestone detailing. Each design is intentional and goes through a full development process before it hits a drop.
SIZING
Do you offer plus sizes?
Size availability varies by style. Check the individual product page to see all available sizes for that specific piece.
I am between sizes. What should I do?
If you want a looser fit go with the larger size. If you want something closer to a standard fit go with the smaller size. You can also reach out to us at rationality@doublecrazy.com and we will help you decide.
ORDERS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and some other local payment systems.
Is it possible to use more than 1 discount code in the same order?
Sadly, no. Due to Shopify's discount system capabilities, orders are limited to 1 discount each.
Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?
When you place an order our system always sends a confirmation email.Make sure to check your spam/promotions inbox.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly so reach out to us at rationality@doublecrazy.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled but we will do our best.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Check with neighbours and any safe spots around your delivery address first. If you still can't locate it contact us at rationality@doublecrazy.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is our return policy?
RETURNS / EXCHANGESItems purchased from DOUBLE CRAZY must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent their sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging.Exchange period: 30 days from the customer's receipt of the productReturn period: 14 days from the customer's receipt of the orderThe shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as It's not a refundable item.It's possible to exchange an item that has already been exchanged previously, but returns of previously exchanged items will not be accepted.
What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, please provide images of the product defect and the order number, and contact us via email at rationality@doublecrazy.com or through our online customer service.All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange. This may entail returning the product to our Returns Center for inspection.
