FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WHEN YOU SPEND $75+.

All orders are processed and shipped with 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the following business day. For Express delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM PST or they will be shipped the following business day. 

*Holiday shipping deadlines. You can expect in delay in processing time of up to 3-7 business days.

*Express shipping is not available for P.O box addresses.

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from DOUBLECRAZY.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund,or exchange for any returned merchandise. 
  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on DOUBLECRAZY.COM.
  • Orders must be returned by mail only.
  • Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.(Underwear or swimwear, Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our hygiene policy.)
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Noissey products not purchased from DOUBLECRAZY.COM.
  • Please choose your items carefully to avoid "change of mind" returns.
