Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship all over the world!

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days.
The logistics time depends on where you order from:
- USA & Canada: 6-15 days working days
- UK: 4-9 days working days
- Italy:5-8 days working days
- Rest of Europe: 4-15 working days
- Spain: 5-8 days working days
- Central & South America: 8-20 days working days
- Australia & Asia: 5-10 days working days
- Rest of the world: 5-20 days working days
How much is the shipping fee?
USA & Europe:
- Orders under $30 have a shipping fee of $3.99
- Orders between $30–$50 have a shipping fee of $4.99
- Orders between $50–$65 have a shipping fee of $6.99
- Orders over $65 have free shipping
Rest of the World:
- Orders under $30 have a shipping fee of $9.99
- Orders between $30–$50 have a shipping fee of $8.99
- Orders between $50–$65 have a shipping fee of $10.99
- Orders over $65 have free shipping
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
Where is my order?
Every time we ship an order you receive an email with the tracking number and link.Please look for it and check the status of the shipment.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

How can I choose the right size?
There's a size chart on every product page.If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that.This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.
What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?
We work really hard to make sure all our products meet the highest quality standards.As we sell thousands of units on a daily basis, It's difficult for us to detect all damaged products.
But you don't need to worry. If you receive a defective item please contact with rationality@doublecrazy.com and explain your situation. Make sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and some other local payment systems.
Is it possible to use more than 1 discount code in the same order?
Sadly, no. Due to Shopify's discount system capabilities, orders are limited to 1 discount each.
Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?
When you place an order our system always sends a confirmation email.
Make sure to check your spam/promotions inbox.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is our return policy?
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Items purchased from DOUBLE CRAZY must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent their sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging.
- Exchange period: 30 days from the customer's receipt of the product
- Return period: 15 days from the customer's receipt of the order
The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as It's not a refundable item.
It's possible to exchange an item that has already been exchanged previously, but returns of previously exchanged items will not be accepted.
What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, please provide images of the product defect and the order number, and contact us via email at rationality@doublecrazy.com or through our online customer service.
All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange. This may entail returning the product to our Returns Center for inspection.
