Standard Shipping

• Orders of $60 or more: Free standard shipping, estimated transit time 5–15 business days.

Express Shipping

• Orders below $60: Shipping fee of $12.00, estimated transit time 3–8 business days.
• Orders of $60 or more: Shipping fee of $7.99, estimated transit time 3–8 business days.

Transit times begin after dispatch and do not include the 1–4 business day processing period.

Express orders must be placed before 12 PM PST. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak holiday periods, processing may take an additional 3–7 business days.

Express shipping is not available for P.O. box addresses.

If an eligible order has not been dispatched by the end of:

• 5 business days: Receive a 25% off coupon for your next order.
• 7 business days: Receive a 20% partial refund plus a 25% off coupon for your next order.
• 15 business days: Receive a full refund, and we will still fulfill your order at no charge.

Only the highest applicable compensation tier applies. Compensation does not stack.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by DoubleCrazy.

Customers should not be required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery. If you are unexpectedly charged, contact rationality@doublecrazy.com with your order number and proof of payment.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery is currently not available through online checkout in the United Arab Emirates.

If you would like to request a Cash on Delivery order, email rationality@doublecrazy.com with the products you want to purchase, your complete shipping address and your telephone number. We will respond as soon as possible and confirm whether the order is eligible.

ADDRESS ACCURACY AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct apartment or suite number and telephone number.

If an order is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, missing apartment or suite number, or other incomplete information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

If we cannot process an order because of inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, processing may be delayed while our customer service team contacts you by email or telephone.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

• Once an order leaves our facility, the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
• If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, contact rationality@doublecrazy.com within 24–48 hours.
• If your package arrives damaged, include clear photographs of the package and affected products.
• We will assist with the appropriate carrier investigation or claim and do our best to resolve the situation.
